Chicago Anti-Gun Politician Calls for UN Troops to Seize Guns from Americans

Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin has recently decided that the gun violence in Chicago is such that he should call in for outside help.  But he’s not calling for outside help from the state of Illinois, rather he’s calling for help from the United Nations.

Having just returned from a trip to UN HQ in New York City, Boykin came back to Chicago and met with reporters outside of O’Hare Airport.  At that presser, Boykin told reporters, “I’m hoping to appeal to the U.N. to actually come to Chicago and meet with victims of violence, and maybe even possibly help out in terms of peacekeeping efforts, because I think it’s so critical for us to make sure that these neighborhoods are safe.”

This is an elected American official who is openly calling for armed foreign soldiers to come to American soil and take action against American citizens.

He added to his hyperbolic statement with even more hyperbole, saying “There is a quiet genocide taking place in too many of our communities. Eighty percent of those who are being killed by gun violence are African American, and often killed at the hands of another African American.  So we must protect these population groups, and that’s what the United Nations does. They’re a peacekeeping force. They know all about keeping the peace, and so we’re hopeful that they’ll hear our appeal.”

Boykin is a rabid anti-gun shill who has, over and over again, called for disarming Americans, or making gun ownership, in one way, shape, or form, impractical for Americans.  This is a man who would favor introducing foreign soldiers, armed with fully automatic weapons, to Americans streets, but would not favor Americans simply being armed to protect themselves against the violence he is calling the foreign troops in to quell.

Back in January of 2016, Boykin tried to push through an ordinance that would force gun owners (ironically, at the end of a gov gun, if it came to that) to buy liability insurance when they bought firearms.  If you failed to get the coverage, you could face fines of $2500 to $5000.  If you failed to pay the fines, you could face an armed invasion of your home by one of Boykin’s Brutes.

He said of this attempt to circumvent the 2nd amendment that the reason he introduced this was “because we’re trying to do everything we can to have a major impact on gun violence.  This horrific gun violence is destroying our community. Last year in Chicago, 488 people were killed and 2,986 were shot. This year alone, 140 people have been shot, and 25 people killed. So, I’m going to try to do everything I can.”

Make no mistake about it, Boykin is calling on the UN to come on American soil and confiscate guns from Americans.

Of course, Chicago has some of the strictest anti-gun, anti-human, anti-liberty laws on the books, and yet those anti-gun laws are not enough to stop the violence.  It’s almost as if there are other issues at play.

The fact that non-criminals are significantly less likely to be armed than the criminals certainly doesn’t help matters at all, but that’s ok with Boykin, who only sees government operatives, willing to execute the orders sent out by authoritarians like himself, as being trustworthy enough to carry guns.

This is the same guy who also ramrodded through the County board an ammunition tax.  Let’s just say of Boykin that any potential would-be-tyrant that might rule in America would find in Boykin a trustworthy ally who would be sure to let the secret police know who was secretly disobeying, as well as where the dissidents were hiding.

Boykin concluded his overt calls to overthrow the rights of the people who were actually willing to vote for this man by saying this, “In my community of Austin, we’ve had 450 people shot, and 80 people killed this year alone, and so we have to do more to protect these communities, and that’s what we’re going to do. If we can’t get it done here with the leaders of the city, the state, and the county working together to utilize their budgets to help protect these communities, then I have to appeal to a higher authority, and a higher force,”

In Boykin’s one-world-order mind, you can appeal to no higher authority than the UN.  In Boykin’s one-world-order mind, the United Nations, an unelected body, has more authority over Americans than does the government he allegedly serves.

In any other country, would this not simply be an act of sedition?  How is this man still walking free?  Why have Federal authorities not arrested this man and begun the process to charge him with treason?

Is it because they agree with him?  Is it because they too recognize the authority of the UN over American lives?

Acts like this, acts that are left unchallenged, only reinforce the one-world conspiracy theorists.   They also reinforce this truth, there is no Rule of Law, there is only Rule of Power.  If Rule of Law were truly a reality in America, Boykin would be in jail by now.

The only reason he has not been arrested is because he represents real power, and even those who might very well want to arrest him and charge him with treason would not dare do so, because they know they lack the power to follow through.
