Gremlin Drones Released by Flying Aircraft Carriers?

US reveals SECRET WEAPON: Flying aircraft carriers with SWARMS of ‘Gremlin’ drones

AMERICA’S deadly new military secret weapon is swarms of “Gremlin” drones armed with bombs which are launched from an aircraft carrier.

These flying machines would be used for spying on the enemy or destroying radar and missile positions.

They would be ejected from a C130 and have the capabilities to fly 500 miles to target areas where they could loiter for three hours before being collected mid-air.

A ground crew would collect them on landing and redeploy them in just 24 hours.

The “Gremlins” – capable of 20 missions – would operate well beyond the reach of enemy weapons systems…

..The Defence Advance Research Projects Agency (DAPRA), the project mastermind, wants light fighter jets, bombers and transport planes to deploy small drones.

Its biggest challenge is said to be working out how the drones would be captured at the back of a C130.

Two companies are developing the drones, which each cost an estimated £50,000, and a demonstration of the system could be staged in 2019.
