  1. Interesting and all, but (there's always a butt): If death penalty is a hypocrisy, then so is imprisonment, since the everyday guy is not allowed to imprison other people. Don't talk logic if there is no logic. / Another swede

  2. as a person living in sweden i would say this guy is exaggerating and he's blowing things out of proportion. the media in sweden is pretty much as left screwed as you are going to get. but the majority of people either laugh at it, complain about it or dont care. seeing all the supposed swedes here saying how everything he says is so true and exactly how it is, is strange. where do you live? who are your friends? there is a reason why so many people are voting for the nationalist party of sweden. because they are sick of it. they want money back to healthcare for example. and many who don't want to vote for them because of the controversy share many of their beliefs. and Id say that makes up for over 50% of the population.

so this guy say how all the swedes indentify as leftist or that insulting someone can get you sued (it wont, people would laugh at you for trying). I dont agree at all with him on this point. on the other hand. being a person of importance and saying something negative about immigration is a career suicide. you will be forced to resign. And this is the problem we face. like in america. we are fighting a media who does not represent us.

  3. First of all, Dave I like ur show a lot, it's awesome and i'm a subscriber. But i really think you should get some real socialist to your show, cause every single guest so far I've seen has been anti-socialist. For example this guy, I agree with him regarding problems with political correctness and free speech in Sweden (and in Finland as well, where i'm from). They are real issues and they bother me as well. But the he says ''we should have a liberalization of health care and school system'' which is something that I couldn't disagree more. The fact is, in nordic countries we have one of the best education system in the world if not the best. It's miles ahead of the American school system. And it's also extremely equal cause it's free for everyone up until university so you don't have to be rich to get high-level education. And our healthcare is very cheap and very high quality as well. So I don't get Flams opinion at all and I guess Rubin agreed with him. So I would really some socialist discussing these things with Rubin, and really challenging him, cause right now we'r only seen one side of the discussion, the American side.

And btw I agree that we have taken socialism too far, but not on the extent that Flam suggests.

  4. The right to abort a fetus all the way up to 9 months!? That is madness, souls existing or not.
I agree more with what he said about science, and where it says a fetus can survive outside of the womb being the cut-off point.

  5. He makes some interesting points, but what he says about socialism in sweden seems a bit made up, the idea that its failing. Not sure what hes basing that from. Sure from his own example it makes sense that he himself is not too happy with how it works. But for most everyone it works pretty great. He exagerates things quite a bit in general.
