An estimated 1.5 million Armenian people were extinguished by the Turkish government ruling the Ottoman Empire in a centrally planned and administered slaughter known as the Armenian Genocide. Under the cloud of World War I, between 1915 and 1918, the mostly Christian Armenian population were subjected to deportation, expropriation, abduction, torture, massacre, and starvation as they were forcibly removed from Armenia and Anatolia to Syria and marched through the desert to die.

Following the end of World War I, the atrocities resumed between 1920 and 1923, and the remaining Armenian population was subjected to further violence, slaughter and expulsion. In 1915, thirty-three years before UN Genocide Convention was adopted, the Armenian Genocide was condemned by the international community as a crime against humanity.

Dr. Rouben Adalian is the Director of the Armenian National Institute and a specialist on the Caucasus and the Middle East. In 1993, Dr. Adalian completed a project to document the Armenian Genocide in the United States National Archives.

  1. 46:00 "Germany is a stable democracy." Is that supposed to be a joke? I live here! Germany is an authoritarian socialist state, bordering one-party dictatorship like the GDR. And the guilt complex was used by leftist forces and foreign interests to drive their agenda home, silence democratic opposition, justify violence, destroy the lives of innocent people and turn the country into a mess. Germany is a mess! Its leadership is criminal, a danger to its own people and to other European countries. A deeply, deeply sick society. Poisoned, neurotic, self-destructive and destructive. If there is one example of how NOT to do it, it's Germany.

  2. This is the best summation of what happened to the Armenians that I've ever heard. Extremely accurate and detailed. This coincides with the accounts I heard as a child and teenager from the people that survived. Thank you Stefan, and Reuben you speak for the dead.

  3. The truth can never be denied, Turkey's time shall come and it will witness the wrath of God, as it is written so it shall be done.
    Romans 12:19 KJV
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

  4. Russia has protected the Christian Armenians since the genocide. (Maybe prior idk). A fight with Russia hurts Christians, maybe that's why all the mainstream globalist medias and corrupt politicians are trying so hard to start a war with Russia?

  5. Now this is it. The surface of Islamic atrocities. Less than 0.5%. I'd like to see the greatest genocide in human history. That of India by Muslims. That Mahmud of GaznIa singlehandedly wiped every Buddhist out of the region. Conservative estimateshe trump Mao.

  6. Australians fought and died against these Turks, lest we forget

And now it's happening all over again, Turkey on the brink of dictatorship, Christians being killed in the thousands in both Egypt and the Philippines and here in the western world the only thing we are worried about is getting the quota of Muslims into our Armed services (Mark Latham talked about this the other day).

We really do need to learn the lessons from the past, all of them, not just what the Germans did in WW2, but the horrors of the two ideologies that have caused the most misery and death in all of history, Marxism and Islam.

  7. us armenians really thank the right for their recognition of the genocide. i would be a conservative if the right did not care about the genocide anyway because i really believe in it but this really helps bring all the armenians of the USA to vote conservative. PREISE KEK!

  8. clearly we need more Muslims in the West. how insane is abortion because the white West has killed tens of millions of potential workers and taxpayers such that for example the Germans feel the need to import millions of Turks to do those jobs despite their knowledge of the Armenian Genocide

  9. Genocides in Syria and Sudan today…lets help them now and not sit back and discuss or argue. People of Turkey today are not the ones who did this but Kurds are being wiped out as we speak.

In Israel we speak of this all the time. Sad how many innocents are suffering.

  10. The Armenian genocide was terrible, and so was the attempted genocide of the ethnic Greeks… but the past is the past, history is history. Let's learn and move on, I hate this guilt tripping.

The white man should not feel guilty for the evils of colonialism, nor should the Turk feel guilty for his country's genocide, nor should the Arab, Chinaman, black, gentile.

Let's be objective here, most of you in the comments crying over the Armenian genocide would be the first to tell a SJW that their irrational for blaming you for slavery.

  11. Someone link Chunk Uygur this video.
I'm sure since he is so for defending the oppressed he'll gladly speak out about this atrocity and how it has been erased from history.

Surely he isn't a giant hypocrite who denies and the hand-waives such issues away.

  12. What a fantastic podcast – Such an important part of our world history that very few know about – Thanks Stefan for having the courage to discuss this topic.

  13. How about speaking to the genocide of German POW's in the Rhine Meadow concentration camps Ike set up after the defeat and destruction of Germany. Over a million POW'were starved and brutalized to death by the "GREATEST GENERATION",After surrendering and disarming.

  14. How unsurprising that Stefan would make a video about the Armenian genocide and beat a dead horse that has been beaten a million times over rather than speaking about the Belgian genocides. Almost makes you wonder if he's racist. Oh but no, that can't be, he keeps saying he's not.
